AHA-2012/09/25ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2012 The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session on September 25, 2012 in the City Council Chambers located at 200 Anaheim Boulevard. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tait at 5:28 P.M. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council. Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Housing Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Lorri Galloway, and Kris Murray. Housing Authority Member Harry Sidhu was out of the country, unavailable for teleconferencing and unable to participate in this meeting. Staff Present: City Manager Bob Wingenroth, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary Linda Andal A copy of the agenda was posted on September 21, 2012 on the kiosk outside City Hall. ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during joint oral communications related to the Housing Authority agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR: At 7:51 P.M., Authority Member Eastman moved to approve the consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Murray. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 4: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway, and Murray). Noes — 0. Absent -1: Authority Member Sidhu. Motion Carried, 1. Approve minutes of Housing Authority meeting of September 11, 2012. END OF CONSENT: 2. RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2012 -005 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING R100 AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax - exempt obligations for Paseo Village Apartments Authority Member Eastman moved to approve RESOLUTION NO, AHA 2012 -005 A Resolution of the Anaheim Housing Authority regarding its intention to issue tax - exempt obligations for Paseo Village Apartments, seconded by Council Member Murray. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 4: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Eastman, Galloway and Murray.) Noes — 0. Absent — 1: Authority Member Sidhu. Motion Carried.
