RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF AN APPLICATION
TO THE CALIFORNIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY FOR
FUNDING UNDER THE HOUSING ENABLED BY LOCAL
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the California Housing Finance Agency CCHFA") is accepting
applications with respect to Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) of Housing Enabled by Local
Partnership ("HELP") Program funding; and
WHEREAS, HELP Program funding could be used to finance a part of the Jeffrey/Lyrme
Neighborhood Revitalization; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority (the "Authority") desires to submit an
application to CHFA for HELP Program funding to be used for the Jeffrey/Lyrme Neighborhood
Revitalization (the "Application").
NOW, THEREFORE, THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM
HOUSING AUTHORITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Application is hereby approved.
2. The Executive Director, or her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to sign
and deliver the Application to CHFA, incur an indebtedness and execute loan agreements,
commit specific Authority resources, and take such other actions as are consistent with the
Application.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION IS PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED
BY THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY THIS
TWENTY-FIFTH (25Ta) DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2001.
