AHA2001/04/17177 177 177 ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA- ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING APRIL 17, 2001 The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session. Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait and Shirley McCracken. Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder, Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on April 13, 2001, at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards. Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:55 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Judith Ann Gollette, representing WAND, spoke concerning a complex on the corner of Beach and Ball that has obtained tax exempt bond financing and will be providing low cost housing. Ms. Gillette's said her concern was in asking current residents to leave the complex. Mayor Daly asked staff to report back on this matter at the Cobblestone Apartments on the corner of Beach and Ball. Elisa Stipkovich said she would check on the matter and report back to Council. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Authority Consent Calendar, Items 1 - 3, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously. . Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Anaheim Housing Authority's Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for Fiscal Year 2001-2002. . , Approve and authorize the executive Director to apply for $288,525 under Housing and Urban Development's Notice of Funding Availability for 5 ¼ Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinators under the Section8 Rental Certificate/Housing Choice Voucher Program. Approve minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held March 20, 2001. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
