The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Deputy Director of Community Development Brad Hobson.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on June 15,
2001 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:15
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.

CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously.

RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2001-2 RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax exempt obligations to provide tax-
exempt financing in the amount of $8,200,000 for the development and construction of
the Solara Court Apartments.

RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2001-3 RESOLUTION OS THE ANAHEIM HOUSING
AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax-exempt obligations to provide tax-
exempt financing in the amount not to exceed $5,280,000 for the purchase and
rehabilitation of the Westchester Apartments.
Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting of May 8, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority adjourned at 6:16 P.M.
