The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
PRESENT: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Lucille Kring, Tom Tait and Shirley
McCracken.
ABSENT: Authority Member Feldhaus
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Deputy Director of Community Development, Brad Hobson
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
December 15, 2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:01
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions or deletions to the
agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no public comments.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM 1: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Item 1, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried. Vote:
Ayes - 3, Chairman Daly and Housing Authority Members McCracken and Kring. Noes- 1
Housing Authority Member Tait. Housing Authority Member Feldhaus absent.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director of Community Development to
execute an Affordable Housing Agreement with Anaheim/Jeffrey Housing Partners,
L.P., for the revitalization of additional properties under the JHP Housing
Agreement.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously. Housing
Authority Member Feldhaus absent.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority adjourned at 6:02 P.M.
