MEETING
DECEMBER 19, 2000
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
PRESENT' Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Lucille Kring, Tom Tait and Shirley
McCracken.
ABSENT: Agency Member Feldhaus.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Deputy Director of Community Development, Brad Hobson.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
December 15, 2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions or deletions to the
agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no public comments.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 4: Chairman Daly moved approval of Agency Consent
Calendar Items 1 through 4, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously. Council Member Feldhaus absent.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director of Community Development to
execute a Negotiation Agreement with Clean City, Inc., for the construction of
approximately 30 single-family residential units on the Anaheim Colony Village site.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director of Community Development to
execute an amendment to Professional Service Agreement with RRM Design
Group for consulting services, increasing the existing maximum compensation from
$25,000 to $100,000 for assisting with the design of Anaheim Boulevard at Center
Street and Lincoln Avenue/l-5 Improvements.

RESOLUTION NO. ARA2000-11 RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY approving and authorizing the expenditure of funds
in connection with the provision of public improvements by the City of Anaheim and
making certain findings in connection therewith (George Washington Park).

Approve minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting held November
14, 2000.
