MEETING
FEBRUARY 27, 2001
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
February 23, 2001on the bulletin board outside of the Council Chambers and at the north
entrance to City Hall.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
6:11 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no public comments.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1-4:
Agency Secretary Schroeder noted that staff had requested a continuance to March 20. 2001
on Item 2, revisions to the Second Mortgage Assistance Program.
Chairman Daly moved approval of Agency Consent Calendar Items 1, 3 and 4, seconded by
Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.

Approve the site plan, landscape plan and elevations for the Automobile Club of
Southern California facility at Anaheim Plaza.
Approve the revisions to the Second Mortgage Assistance Program, continued to March
20, 2001.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director of the Agency to sign Amendment No. 3 to
the Professional Service Agreement with Wallace Roberts & Todd, Inc., to increase the
existing contract authority by $100,000 for landscape architecture and urban design
services.
Approve minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting held February 13.

There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
