MEETING
MARCH 20, 2001
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait and
Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
March 16, 2001 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:38 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.

CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1- 5: Chairman Daly moved approval of Agency Consent
Calendar Items 1 - 5, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.

Approve the revisions to the Second Mortgage Assistance Program. (Continued from the
meeting of February 27, 2001, Item AG2.) (Continued to March 27, 2001 )

Approve and authorize the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to execute
Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Service Agreement with Huitt-Zollars, Inc., to
increase the existing contract authority by $125,000 for a total contract amount of
$600,000 and extend the contract an additional six months through December 31,2001.

Approve the proposed Stadium Gateway Sign Program -Summit Commercial Office
Development at Sportstown.

Waive owner occupancy requirements contained in the Loan Agreement by and between
Mark Walter Badin and Anne T. Badin and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency in
connection with the Second Mortgage Assistance Program.

There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
