The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Shirley
McCracken and Tom Tait.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
June 8, 2001, at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:43 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
James Robert Reade spoke about a situation he had with the police department.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS I - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Agency Consent
Calendar Items 1 - 2, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.

Approve the Affordable Housing Loan Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency
and West Lincoln Housing Partners, L.P. to assist the developer with the new
construction of a 132-unit affordable senior apartment project location at 3335 and 3351
West Lincoln Avenue (Solara Court Senior Housing Project).

Approve minutes of the meeting held June 5, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 5:45 P.M.
