Commissioner Pinson called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
MINUTES:
Commissioner Holguin moved to approve the minutes of October 11, 1995. Seconded by Commissioner
Pinson. Commissioner McMillan and Commission Perreira abstained. MOTION CARRIED (7 -0 -0).
DISCUSSION:
A. Sundor Products Owner Participation Agreement:
• A discussion of Sundor's expansion plans was presented by Al Bracomonte, Manufacturing Manager of
Procter and Gamble.
• A discussion of terms and conditions of the Agreement was presented by Mr. Bruckner.
• Rita Slayton presented the JTP activities that affect Sundor.
• A discussion of the utility benefits to Sundor and the City was present $y Ray Merchant.
Commissioner Holguin moved that the Community Redevelopment Commission recommend that the Agency
approve the terns and conditions of the Owner Participation Agreement by and among Sundor Brands, Inc., a
Procter and Gamble Company, and the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency and the City of Anaheim. Seconded
by Commissioner McMillan. MOTION CARRIED (6 -0 -0).
ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Pinson adjourned the meeting at 5:05 p.m.
