A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE FILING
OF THE RUSS BERRIE APPLICATION.
The Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim does
hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim has heretofore accepted the application of Russ Berrie
on behalf of Russ Berrie and Company Los Angeles, Inc. for
industrial development bond financing pursuant to the
california Industrial Development Financing Act;
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim has adopted a Resolution No. IDA85-1 expressing
its intention to issue industrial development bonds in order
to assist Russ Berrie and Company, Inc. in the financing of a
warehousing facility:
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has approved Russ Berrie's
project and the issuance of industrial revenue bonds by the
Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim hereby authorizes the filing of the application of the
Company with the California Industrial Development Financing
Advisory Commission.

AND FURTHER CERTIFY that the Chairman of the Industrial Development Authority
of Anaheim signed said Resolution on the 29th day of January, 1985.
