A RESOLUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF ANAHEIM DESIGNATING THE EXECUTIVE
DI RECTOR.
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to designate
an Executive Director; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to define the
duties and responsibilities of the Executive Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Industrial
Development Authority of Anaheim that:
1. The Executive Director of the Community Development
Department of the City of Anaheim be, and is hereby, designated
the Executive Director of the Industrial Development Authority
of Anaheim.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed
to execute, on behalf of the Industrial Development Authority of
Anaheim, any contract, agreement or other document as authorized
by the Board of Directors of the Industrial Development Authority
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Industrial Development Authority of Anaheim this 22nd day of
