A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Public Financing
Authority was posted at 3:00 p.m. on July 10, 1992 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Vice Chairman Daly called the Annual Meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing
Authority to order at 6:25 p.m.
Secretary Leonora Sohl announced that this is the annual meeting of the
Anaheim Public Financing Authority for the purposes of meeting the
requirements of the Authority bylaws.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Public
Financing Authority Agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTERESTS: No items of public interest were addressed.
MOTION: Board Member Pickler moved to approve the minutes of the Anaheim
Public Financing Authority meetings held February 4 and February 11, 1992.
Board Member Ehrle seconded the motion. Board Member Hunter was absent.
MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Board Member Pickler moved to adjourn, Board Member Ehrle
seconded the motion. Board Member Hunter was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
