REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 25, 2014
The Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting was called to order on March 25, 2014 at 5:35
P.M. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council. The meeting notice,
agenda and related materials were duly posted on March 21, 2014.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: Jordan Brandman, Gail Eastman, Lucille
Kring and Kris Murray.
Staff Present: City Manager Marcie Edwards, City Attorney Michael Houston and Secretary
Linda Andal

PUBLIC COMMENTS No public comments made during the joint City Council meeting related
to the Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR At 7:10 P.M., Authority Member Eastman moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Kring. Roll Call Vote: Ayes —
5: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Brandman, Eastman, Kring and Murray). Noes — 0.
Motion Carried.
AGR -8017 1. Approve and authorize the Housing Authority Executive Director to execute and
administer a Professional Services Agreement with Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. for civil
engineering services for street improvements on the north side of Santa Ana Street
(Claudina Street to Olive Street).
2. Approve and authorize the Housing Authority Executive Director to execute and
AGR - 8017.1 administer a Professional Services Agreement with Whitin Design Works for landscape
design services for street improvements on the north side of Santa Ana Street (Claudina
Street to Olive Street).
AHA177 3. Approve minutes of Housing Authority meeting of February 4, 2014.

HOUSING AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax - exempt obligations for

Authority Member Kring moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2014 -003 OF THE
ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax - exempt obligations for
Pebble Cove Apartments, seconded by Authority Member Brandman. Roll Call Vote: AYES — 5:
