REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 22, 2014
The Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting was called to order on April 22, 2014 at 5:55
P.M. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council. The meeting notice,
agenda and related materials were duly posted on April 18, 2014.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: Jordan Brandman, Gail Eastman, Lucille
Kring and Kris Murray.
Staff Present: Interim City Manager Paul Emery, City Attorney Michael Houston and Secretary
Linda Andal
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA None
PUBLIC COMMENTS No public comments made during the joint City Council meeting related
to the Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR At 6:50 P.M., Authority Member Kring moved to approve the consent
calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Eastman. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5:
(Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Brandman, Eastman, Kring and Murray). Noes — 0.
Motion Carried.
AHA177 1 - Approve the revisions to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan.
2. Approve the Authority's Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for fiscal year 2014 -2015 for
AHA177 submittal to the Department of Housing and Urban Development and authorize the
Authority Executive Director, or his designee, to execute required certification and
related documents.
3. Approve and authorize the Housing Authority Executive Director to execute and
AGR- 6284.V1 administer a Cooperation Agreement with the City of Anaheim for additional funding for
the continued revitalization efforts such as property acquisition, demolition, rehabilitation
and new construction within the Avon /Dakota Neighborhood (related to Council Item No.
20).
AHA177 4 Approve minutes of Housing Authority meeting of March 25, 2014.

There being no further business, Chairman Tait adjourned the meeting of the Anaheim Housing
Authority at 6:51 P.M.
