A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
ANAHEIM HOUSING AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
AUTHORITY ESTABLI5HING THE DATES AND TIME FOR
REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE AUTHORITY FOR THE 2014
CALENDAR YEAR.
WHEREAS, subsection (b) of Section 3.04 of the Joint Powers Agreement authorizes the
Governing Board of the Authority, by resolution, to establish the days for regular meetings of the
Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to establish
the dates and time for the regular meetings of the Authoriry for the 2014 calendar year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim
Housing and Public Improvements Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Housing and
Public Improvements Authority for the 2014 calendar year shall be held in the Council Chambers
of the City of Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Housing and
Public Improvements Authority or Anaheim City Council} on the days set forth on Exliibit A
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Regular meetings of the Authority
shall be scheduled to commence at 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise legally noticed and posted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this
resolution, any regular meeting of the Authority may be set, canceled or rescheduled to a
different date, time, location by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least three
members of the Governing Board of the Authority or by any other manner as provided by law.
The date, time or location of any meeting set or rescheduled to a different date, time or location
shall be noticed and posted in the manner provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and
void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent
with the provisions hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take immediate effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim Housing and
Public Improvements Authority this 22 day of July, 2014, by the following roll call vote:
