REGULAR MEETING OF DECEMBER 23, 2014
The Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting was called to order on December 23, 2014 at 5:33
P.M. in City Council Chambers located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. for a joint public comment session
with the Anaheim City Council, the Housing and Public Improvements Authority and the Anaheim
Public Financing Authority. The meeting notice, agenda and related materials were duly posted on
December 19, 2014.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: Jordan Brandman, Lucille Kring, Kris Murray
and James Vanderbilt.
Staff Present: Paul Emery, Interim City Manager, City Attorney Michael Houston and Secretary
Linda Andal.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No public comments related to the Housing Authority agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 6:40 P.M., Housing Authority Member Kring moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Housing Authority Member Murray. Roll Call Vote:
AYES — 5: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members: Brandman, Kring, Murray and Vanderbilt).
NOES — 0. Motion Carried.
AHA177 1. Approve revisions to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan.
AGR 2750.0 2. Approve and authorize the Anaheim Housing Authority's Executive Director to execute and
administer a Professional Services Agreement with Fuscoe Engineering, Inc., in an amount
not to exceed $200,000, for civil engineering and survey services.
3. Receive and file the Housing Successor Annual Report, authorize the Anaheim Housing
AHA177 Authority's Executive Director to submit report as part of the City's annual report on the
General Plan submitted to the State Department of Housing and Community Development
pursuant to Government Code Section 65400 and post the report on the City's website on
behalf of the Authority.
R100 4. RESOLUTION NO. AHA 2014 -007 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING
BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY establishing the dates and time for
regular meetings of the Authority for the 2015 calendar year.
