REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 3, 2015
The Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting was called to order on November 3, 2015 at 5:17
P.M. in City Council Chambers located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. for a joint public comment session
with the Anaheim City Council, the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority and the
Anaheim Public Financing Authority. The meeting notice, agenda and related materials were duly
posted on October 30, 2015.
PRESENT: Vice Chair Lucille Kring and Anaheim Housing Authority Members: Jordan Brandman,
Kris Murray and James Vanderbilt
ABSENT: Chairman Tait (excused)
STAFF: Paul Emery, City Manager, City Attorney Michael Houston and Secretary Linda Andal
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO AGENDA: None
JOINT PUBLIC COMMENTS (with the City Council, Housing and Public Improvements
Authority and the Public Financing Authority):
No public comments related to the Housing Authority agenda.
ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY AGENDA ITEMS:

1. RESOLUTION NO. AHA2015-004 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF
THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY establishing the dates and time for regular
meetings of the Authority for the 2016 calendar year.
MOTION: At 7:00 P.M. Vice Chair Kring requested the 2016 meeting calendars for all governing
bodies be amended with the following revisions: changing March 8th to March 15t and May 24th to
May 17th and moved to approve RESOLUTION NO. AHA2015-004, A RESOLUTION OF THE
GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY establishing the dates and time
for regular meetings of the Authority for the 2016 calendar year (as amended) seconded by
Authority Member Murray. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES—4: (Vice Chair Kring and Housing Authority
Members: Brandman, Murray and Vanderbilt.) NOES—0. ABSENT-1: Chairman Tait. Motion
Carried.
Subsequent Actions on Item No. 1 took place at 7:36 P.M., as reflected below :
MOTION: Housing Authority Member Brandman moved to reconsider previous action, seconded by
Vice Chair Kring. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES-4: (Vice Chair Kring and Housing Authority Members:
Brandman, Murray and Vanderbilt.) NOES —0. ABSENT-1: Chairman Tait. Motion Carried.
MOTION: Authority Member Brandman then amended the meeting calendar dates for all governing
bodies changing the October 11th date to October 18th, seconded by Vice Chair Kring. ROLL CALL
VOTE: AYES —4: (Vice Chair Kring and Authority Members Brandman, Murray and Vanderbilt).
NOES —0. ABSENCE — 1: Chairman Tait. Motion Carried.

MOTION: Authority Member Murray moved to approve the minutes of July 21, 2015 and August 4,
2015, seconded by Authority Member Vanderbilt. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES —4: (Vice Chair and
Housing Authority Members: Brandman, Murray and Vanderbilt.) NOES —0. ABSENT—1:
Chairman Tait. Motion Carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no other business to conduct, Vice Chair Kring adjourned the Housing Authority meeting at
7:09 P.M.
