The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: Assistant City Manager Dave Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary
Sheryll Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
December 7, 2001at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:46
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously. Authority Member Kring abstained on Item 2.
Approve an amendment to the Anaheim Housing Authority Administrative Plan
incorporating policies and procedures for the implementation of the Department of
Housing and Urban Development's new lead-based paint regulations.
2. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting of December 4, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
