The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Lucille Kring, Tom Tait and Shirley
McCracken.
Absent: Authority Member Frank Feldhaus
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development Elisa Stipkovich
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on March
22, 2002 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:09
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: Chairman Daly moved to continue Item 1 to April 9, 2002,
seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Housing Authority Member Feldhaus
absent. Motion carried. Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent Calendar Item 2,
seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Housing Authority Member Feldhaus
absent. Motion carried.
Receive and file the informational report on affordable housing (Continued from the
Housing Authority meeting of March 19, 2002, Item 1 ).
Chairman Daly commented that staff had prepared data regarding the amount of certificates
available in the other cities of Orange County. He noted that Anaheim had been the leader in
making Section 8 certificates available to renters in need and he added that the next nearest
City was under 2,000.
Chairman Daly moved, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken, to continue Item 1
to the meeting of April 9, 2002. Housing Authority Member Feldhaus absent. Motion carried.
Approve the Anaheim Housing Authority's Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for fiscal
year 2002 - 2003 and authorize the Executive Director to execute the required
certifications and other related documents.
Chairman Daly moved, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken, to approve Item 2.
Housing Authority Member Feldhaus absent. Motion carried.

There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Housing Authority Member Feldhaus
absent. Motion carried.
