The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, Brad Hobson.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on May 3,
2002 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at
5:34 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Items 1 through 3, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Motion
carried unanimously.
Authorize the submittal of an application in the amount of $100,000 for Housing and
Urban Development's Housing Counseling Program and authorize the Executive
Director to execute the required application and certification documents.
Authorize the Executive Director to apply to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development for $161,671 under a Notice of Funding Availability for three Section 8
Housing Choice Voucher Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinators and authorize
the Executive Director to execute the required certifications and application documents.
3. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meetings of March 26, 2002 and April 9, 2002.

There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
