The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: Assistant City Manager Tom Wood, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
August 23, 2002 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:57 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
James Robert Reade spoke against redevelopment and the Police Department.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM 1: Chairman Daly moved approval of Agency Consent Calendar
Item 1, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Motion carried unanimously.
Award a contract for the rehabilitation of the Center Street parking structure to the lowest
responsible bidder, Samir E. Heh, dba S & S Construction, in the amount of $62,798.70
and in the event said Iow bidder fails to comply with the terms of the award, award the
contract to the second lowest bidder and waive any irregularities in the bids of the Iow
and second Iow bidders.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Motion carried unanimously.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
