REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 3, 2015
The Anaheim Public Financing Authority regular meeting was called to order at 5:17 P.M.
in City Council Chambers located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. for a joint public comment
session with the Anaheim City Council, the Anaheim Housing Authority and the Anaheim
Housing and Public Improvement Authority. The meeting notice, agenda and related
materials were duly posted on October 30, 2015.
PRESENT: Vice Chair Lucille Kring and Authority Members: Jordan Brandman, Kris
Murray and James Vanderbilt.
ABSENT: Chairman Tait (excused)
STAFF: City Manager Paul Emery, City Attorney Michael Houston, and Secretary
Linda Andal
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
No public comments made related to the Public Financing Authority agenda.
MOTION: At 7:00 P.M., Vice Chair Kring moved to amend all government bodies meeting
calendar dates for 2016 as follows: changing the March 8th meeting date to March Il f and
changing the May 24th meeting date to May 17th, seconded by Authority Member Murray.
ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES — 4: (Vice Chair Kring and Authority Members: Brandman,
Murray and Vanderbilt.) NOES — 0. ABSENT — 1: Chairman Tait. Motion Carried.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 7:10 P.M. Authority Member Brandman moved to approve
the Public Financing Authority consent calendar as amended ( Re Item No. 5, changing
March 8th meeting date to March 1st and May 24th meeting date to May 17th), seconded by
Authority Member Murray. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES — 4: (Vice Chair Kring and
Authority Members: Brandman, Murray and Vanderbilt). NOES — 0. ABSENT — 1:
Chairman Tait. Motion Carried.
5. RESOLUTION NO. APFA2015-001 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING
PFA187 BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY establishing the
dates and time for regular meetings of the Financing Authority for the 2016
calendar year.
Subsequent Actions regarding Item No. 5 reflected below:
MOTION: Authority Member Brandman moved to reconsider previous action on the 2016
meeting calendar dates for all governing bodies, seconded by Vice Chair Kring. ROLL
CALL VOTE: AYES — 4: (Vice Chair Kring and Authority Member: Brandman, Murray and
Vanderbilt). NOES — 0. ABSENT -1: Chairman Tait. Motion Carried.

MOTION: Authority Member Brandman then moved to amend the 2016 meeting calendar
dates for all governing bodies to change October 11" to October 18'h, seconded by Vice
Chair Kring. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES — 4: (Vice Chair Kring and Authority Members:
Brandman, Murray and Vanderbilt). NOES — 0. ABSENT -1: Chairman Tait. Motion
Carried,
6. Approve minutes of Public Financing Authority meetings of December 23, 2014
PFA187 and September 15, 2015.
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Vice Chair Kring adjourned the
meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority at 7:11 P.M.
