11:00 a.m. on Apd112, 1996 at the Civic Center Kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:13 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$761,936.95 for the pedod ending Apd112, 1996, in accordance with the 1995-96 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBUC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency
agenda items.
161: APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Chairman Daly moved to approve the minutes of the Anaheim
Redevelopment A~ency meeting held March 26, 1996, Agency Member Feldhaus seconded the
motion. MOTION CARRIED.
DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST: Council Member Zemel. Last week, Redevelopment
Agency, item 1., involved a housing assistance program on which he voted. He has since determined there
is a conflict of interest on his part. He is, therefore, requesting that the record/minutes reflect that he is
abstaining on A~ency Item 1. of April 9, 1996.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member Lopez seconded the motion.
