10:55 a.m. on May 17, 1996 at the Civic Center Kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:30 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$422,423.99 for the period ending May 17, 1996, in accordance with the 1995-96 Budget, were pproved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency
agenda items.
123: Chain~an Daly moved to approve a Second Amendment to Agreement with Kato
Landscape, Inc., (AKA Mike's Landscape) for landscape maintenance services, and authorizing
the Executive Director to execute said Agreement on behalf of the Agency. Agency Member
Lopez seconded the motion. Agency Member Tait was absent. MOTION CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member Lopez seconded the motion.
Agency Member Tait was absent. MOTION CARRIED. (5:31 p.m.)
