A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at
11:40 a.m. on November 15, 1996 at the Civic Center Kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:42 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$83,227.14 for the period ending November 12, 1996 and $691,641.48 for the period ending November
18, 1996, in accordance with the 1996-97 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on Redevelopment Agency
agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: On motion by Agency Member zemel, seconded by Agency
Member Feldhaus, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and
recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
123: Approving a Negotiation Agreement with the Gangi/Hopkins Joint Venture for development
of the Shorb Wells Site (River Valley Project Area - northwest comer of Weir Canyon Road and
La Palma Avenue).
Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development stated this has been in negotiation for
several months. A very viable development team is in place and staff is looking fonvard to continuing
the negotiations and ultimately having a final project for that site if approved tonight.
Agency Member Tait declared a conflict of interest on this item. He will, therefore, abstain from voting.
161: Approving minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meetings held October 22, 1996, and
November 5, 1996.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Chairman Daly moved to adjoum, Agency Member Feldhaus seconded the motion.
