Sohl EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Lisa Stipkovich A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted at 2:22 p.m. on December 1, 1995 at the Civic Center kiosk, containing all items as shown herein. Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:50 p.m. FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of $203,394.04 for the period ending December 1, 1995, in accordance with the 1995-96 Budget, were approved. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items. ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed. PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: Redevelopment Agency agenda items. There were no public comments on CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS i - 2: on motion by Chairman Daly, seconded by Agency Member Zemel, the following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. me Approving the building colors for the Atchison Street Historic Rehabilitation Project (ten historic homes) pursuant to the Disposition and Development Agreement with the Anaheim Historic Preservation Foundation. Lisa Stipkovich, Executive Director of Community Development. She briefed staff report dated December 5, 1995 recommending approval of the subject building colors. The rehabilitation of the homes is proceeding and it is necessary that the Agency approve the color palette which was reviewed by a color consultant and an historical architect. The colors are typical treatment for historic homes and the homes are all color coordinated with each other. She also explained for the Chairman that the lots will be sold individually and a covenant is placed on the property to maintain the historical quality of the houses.
