A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 11:40 a.m. on April 15, 1994 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:38 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$102,024.85 for the period ending April 15, 1994, in accordance with the
1993 -94 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 -4: On motion by Agency Member Hunter, seconded by
Agency Member Simpson, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Hunter offered Ordinance
No. 1994 -01 for adoption. Refer to Ordinance Book. Agency Members Feldhaus
and Pickler were absent. MOTION CARRIED.
1. 123: Approving an Agreement with Viking Equipment Corporation to provide
demolition and asbestos abatement services in an amount not to exceed
$164,000, and authorizing the Executive Director to execute the agreement.
2. 123: Approving a 150 -day Negotiation Agreement with Waltz and Waltz and
Associates Development and Restoration, for the rights to relocate the
Grimshaw House and Cottage and authorizing the Chairman to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the Agency.
3. 171: ORDINANCE NO. 1994 -01 - ADOPTION• AN ORDINANCE OF THE ANAHEIM
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1993 -01 OF THE
ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ENACTING A SALES AND USE TAX. (For the Plaza
Redevelopment Project.)
