RESOLUTION NO. ARA88-4
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
AUTHORIZING ELISA STIPKOVICH TO ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO DEEDS
OR GRANTS CONVEYING REAL ESTATE OR ANY INTEREST THEREIN TO
THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code requires the acceptance
of deeds or grants by a political corporation or governmental agency prior to
recordation of such a deed or grant in the Office of the County Recorder; and
WHEREAS, Section 27281 further permits a governmental agency or
political corporation to authorize an officer or agent to accept and consent
to such deeds or grants.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Elisa Stipkovi.ch be, and she is
hereby, authorized to accept and consent to deeds or grants conveying any
interest in or easement upon real estate to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. ARA77-11 be, and it is
hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency this 23rd day of February, 1988.
