A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS
OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CONCERNING
REGULAR MEETING TIMES.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency has heretofore
established days and times for regular meetings of the Agency; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to change the time of certain
of its regular meetings; and
WHEREAS, Agency members have received seven days' notice
of the nature of this proposed change in the By -Laws.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 501 of the
By -Laws of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency be amended to read as
follows:
"Section 501. Regular Meetings
Regular meetings shall be held without notice in
the Council Chambers of the City (or any other
place established by Members of the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency) on each and every Tuesday of
each month unless the same shall be a legal
holiday, in which event such regular meeting shall
be held on the next succeeding business day at the
same hour and location as otherwise specified
herein. Regular meetings of the Agency shall be
scheduled to commence at 1:20 p.m. except for the
regular meetings held on the first Tuesday of each
calendar month which shall be scheduled to commence
at 6:25 p.m."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the meeting time established
by this resolution shall become effective immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Redevelopment Agency this 26th day of July, 1988.
