RESOLUTION NO. ARA -88-22
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY APPOINTING BOB D. SIMPSON AS EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY.
WHEREAS, Section 301 of the "By -Laws for the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency" provides that the Agency shall, by
resolution, appoint an Executive Director who is charged with the
administration, management and general supervision of the business
and affairs of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to appoint an Executive Director.
NOW, THEREFORE,

certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ARA88-22 was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency held on the 20th day of
