APFA-2017-002RESOLUTION NO. APFA 2017- 002 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY ESTABLISHING THE DATES AND TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE FINANCING AUTHORITY FOR THE 2018 CALENDAR YEAR. WHEREAS, 2.04 of Article II of the Joint Powers Agreement of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority ("Authority") authorizes the Governing body of the Authority, by resolution, to establish the days for regular meetings of the Authority; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by prior resolution, has heretofore established the days for the regular meetings of the Authority for prior years; and WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Authority, by this resolution, desires to establish the dates and time for the regular meetings of the Authority for the 2018 calendar year. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Board of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority that regular meetings of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority for the 2018 calendar year shall be held in the Council Chamber of the City of Anaheim (or any other place established by members of the Anaheim Financing Authority) on the days set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Regular meetings of the Authority shall be scheduled to commence at 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise legally noticed and posted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, notwithstanding any other provision of this resolution, any regular meeting of the Authority may be set, canceled or rescheduled to a different date, time, or location by motion duly adopted by the affirmative votes of at least a majority vote of the members of the Governing Board of the Authority or by any other manner as provided by law. The date, time or location of any meeting set or rescheduled to a different date, time or location shall be noticed and posted in the manner provided by law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall supersede and render null and void the provisions of any other prior resolutions to the extent such provisions are inconsistent with the provisions hereof. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall become operative on January 1, 2018.
