ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING

The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Agency Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Bob
Hernandez and Richard Chavez.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
March 21, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:25 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: Agency Member Tait moved approval of Agency
Consent Calendar Items 1 through 3, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Roll call vote:
Ayes - 5, Chairman Pringle, Agency Members Tait, McCracken, Chavez, Hernandez. Noes -
0. Motion carried.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Negotiation Agreement with
Jerry C. Zomordian and Rebecca Lynn Zomordian for the Agency to sell the site located
at 335 South Anaheim Boulevard.
RESOLUTION NO. ARA2003-4 RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM authorizing the use of the Polanco Redevelopment Act,
California Health and Safety Code Section 33459, et seq., in the commercial/industrial
redevelopment project area.
Approve minutes of the Agency meeting held March 4, 2003.

4. Consider a Disposition and Development Agreement between the Redevelopment
Agency and Zelman Retail Partners, Inc. for the West Anaheim Commercial Corridors
Redevelopment Project.
Chairman Pringle noted that staff had requested a continuance to April 15, 2003 and hearing no
objections, Agency Member McCracken moved to continue the public hearing to April 15, 2003,
seconded by Agency Member Chavez. Motion carried unanimously.
