The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Authority Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Bob
Hernandez and Richard Chavez.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
February 7, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:33
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: Housing Authority Member Tait moved approval of
Housing Consent Calendar Items 1 through 3, seconded by Housing Authority Member
McCracken. Motion carded unanimously.
Authorize the submittal of a funding application, in the amount of $50,000 to the Fannie
Mae Foundation, for housing counseling services and authorize the Executive Director to
execute the required application and certification documents.
Authorize the submittal of an application, in the amount of $100,000 under the Federal
Home Loan Bank's Individual Development and Empowerment Account Program to
assist Iow-income homebuyers to purchase a home and authorize the Executive Director
to execute the requ!red application and certification documents.
3. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held January 7, 2003.

There being no further business, Housing Authority Member Tait moved to adjourn the Anaheim
Housing Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carded unanimously.
