The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Authority Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Bob
Hernandez and Richard Chavez.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
February 28, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:26
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: Housing Authority Member McCracken moved approval
of Housing Consent Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Housing Authority Member Tait.
Motion carried unanimously.
1. RESOLUTION NO. AHA2003-2 RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
authorizing the submittal of an application to the California Housing Finance Agency for
funding under the Housing Enabled by Local Partnership Program.
2. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority adjourned meeting held February 11, 2003.

There being no further business, Chairman Pringle adjourned the Anaheim Housing Authority
meeting at 5:27 P.M.
