The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pdngle and Authority Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Bob
Hernandez and Richard Chavez.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on March
21, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authodty to order at 5:29
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.

CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS I - 2:

Authority Member Chavez requested Item 1 be removed from the Consent Calendar for
separate action
Authority Member McCracken moved approval of Housing Consent Calendar Item 2, seconded
by Housing Authority Member Chavez. Roll call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency
Members Tait, McCracken, Chavez, Hemandez. Noes - 0. Motion carded.
2. Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting held March 4, 2003.

Regarding Item 1, the Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for 2003/04, Authority Member
Chavez noted he had additional questions and he wished to continue the item to discuss with
staff his questions.
Approve the Annual Public Housing Agency Plan for fiscal year 2003-2004 and authorize
the Executive Director to execute the required certifications and other related
documents.
Authority Member Tait moved to continue Item 1 to Apdl 15, 2003, seconded by Authority
Member Chavez. Roll call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pdngle, Authority Members Tait,
McCracken, Chavez, Hemandez. Noes- 0. Motion carried.
