The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Agency Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken,
Bob Hemandez and Richard Chavez.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary
Sheryll Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was
posted on May 2, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to
order at 5:20 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South
Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Steven Wozny invited Agency Members to the annual Anaheim Western Barbecue at
Twila Reid Park on May 10, 2003.
James Reade spoke against redevelopment and retaliation for speaking out.
Alma Rameriz spoke against redevelopment.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 3: Agency Member McCracken moved approval of
Agency Consent Calendar Items 1 - 3, seconded by Agency Member Chavez. Roll call
vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency Members McCracken, Tait, Chavez,
Hernandez. Noes-0. Motion carried.
Approve the design of the proposed Orange County Teachers Federal Credit
Union facility at Anaheim Plaza, subject to review and approval of a final signage
and landscape plan by the Executive Director.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Exclusive
Negotiation Agreement with Red Mountain Retail Group, Inc. to implement the
Master Plan for the Downtown area.
