REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
MAY 13, 2003
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Curt Pringle and Agency Members Shirley McCracken, Bob Hernandez and
Richard Chavez. Agency Member Tom Tait was absent.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
May 9, 2003 at the City Hall outside bulletin board.
Chairman Pringle called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Alma Rameriz spoke about redevelopment and redevelopment personnel.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS Items 1 - 4: Agency Member McCracken moved approval of
Agency Consent Calendar Items 1 through 4, seconded by Agency Member Hernandez. Roll
call vote: Ayes - 5; Chairman Pringle, Agency Members McCracken, Chavez, Hernandez.
Noes - 0. Motion carried. Agency Member Tait was absent.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Attorney Services
Agreement with Hanson, Bridgett, Marcus, Vlahos and Rudy, LLP for their advice and
assistance with the redevelopment of various environmentally contaminated properties.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 1 to the
Professional Service Agreement with AIIwest Remediation, Inc., in the total contract
amount of $100,000, for continued environmental consulting services.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Professional Service
Agreement with Rosenow Spevacek Group, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $50,000, to
examine the feasibility of expanding or creating new redevelopment project areas.
