REGULAR MEETING OF JUNE 19, 2018
The Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting was called to order at 6:02 P.M. in City Council
Chamber located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim
City Council and the Successor Agency to the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency. The meeting
notice, agenda, and related materials were duly posted on June 15, 2018.
PRESENT: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: Jose F. Moreno, Kris Murray, James
Vanderbilt, Denise Barnes, Lucille Kring, and Stephen Faessel.
STAFF PRESENT: Interim City Manager Linda Andal, Acting City Attorney Kristin Pelletier and
Acting Secretary Theresa Bass.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDAS:
Acting Secretary Theresa Bass announced that staff requested to withdraw Item No. 03 from
the agenda.
Prior to the receipt of public comments, Chairman Tait announced the speaker time limit would
be two (2) minutes.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
No public comments offered related to the Housing Authority agenda.
At 8:32 P.M., Chairman Tait recessed the Housing Authority and reconvened at 8:51 P.M.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 8:51 P.M., Authority Member Faessel moved to approve the
consent calendar as presented, seconded by Vice Chairman Moreno. ROLL CALL VOTE:
AYES — 7: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members Moreno, Murray, Vanderbilt, Barnes, Kring,
and Faessel). NOES — 0. Motion carried.
3. Approve a Professional Services Agreement by and between the Anaheim Housing
Authority and Security Land & Right of Way Services, Inc., in an amount not to exceed
$200,000, for professional property management services to support current and future
housing and economic development needs for a two year term with two two-year
renewal options for a total not to exceed amount of $600,000; and authorize the
Authority Executive Director, or designee, to execute and administer the agreement.
Item No. 3 was withdrawn by staff; no action taken by the Housing Authority.
