RESOLUTION NO. 98-2.
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY MAKING
CERTAIN FINDINGS AS TO REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN
COSTS OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FROM THE PROCEEDS OF
BONDS TO BE ISSUED BY THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING
AUTHORITY.
Section 1. The Anaheim Public Financing Authority (the "Declarant") reasonably
expects to reimburse to the City of Anaheim the expenditures described herein with the
proceeds of debt to be incurred by the Declarant ("the Reimbursement Bonds" ).
Section 2. The expenditures with respect to which the Declarant reasonabley expects
to be reimbursed from the proceeds of Reimbursement Bonds are for electrical distribution
capital improvements.
Section 3. The maximum principal amount of debt obligations expected to be issued
for the project described in Section 2 is $65,000,000.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was approved and adopted by the Anaheim Public
Financing Authority this 7th day of April, 1998.
