ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING
MAY 16, 2000
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Frank
Feldhaus and Lucille Kring.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on May 12,
2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 6:27
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Linda Lee Grau, Irvine, spoke against the name of the Jeffrey-Lynne relocation plan.
Ann McCracken asked where the Housing Authority was located and Elisa Stipkovich,
Community Development Director, responded that the Housing Authority was located at City
Hall West, 201 S. Anaheim Boulevard on the second floor.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 4: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Housing Authority Member Kring.
Authority Member Kring spoke to the name of the relocation plan and said she would support
the plan.
Motion carried unanimously, Authority Member Tait voting no on Item 3.
1. Authorize an application for $47,700 under HUD's Notice of Funding Availability
for a Family Self-Sufficiency Program Coordinator under the Section 8 Rental
Certificate and Voucher Programs and authorize the Executive Director to
execute the required certifications and application documents.
2. Authorize an application for $100,000 under HUD's Housing Counseling Program
and authorize the Executive Director to execute the required application and
certification documents.
3. Approve the draft Relocation Plan for the Jeffrey-Lynne Neighborhood
Revitalization project and authorize the Executive Director to execute all
documents necessary to implement the Plan.

Approve minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meetings held March 21,
2000 and April 11 20, 2000.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member Kring. Motion carried unanimously.
