ARA2000-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY approving the release and settlement agreement and designating the person authorized to receive any distribution of funds made to the Agency by any court order relating to the Orange County bankruptcy. Agency Member Feldhaus. The way he reads the release and settlement agreement, it inhibits the Agency from any further claims on additional related monies; City Attorney White. He has reviewed the language and is comfortable with it. It represents an equitable solution and does not preclude the Agency or any of their agencies from making later claim to money that some day may be found in some other account. It is remote that any additional money will be found, but if it is, they are not giving up any right to interest in that money; Agency Member Feldhaus. He wanted to get that on the record. ANAHEIM CIVIC CENTER, ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FEBRUARY 15, 2000 City Attorney White.
