ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
MAY 23, 2000
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Tom Tait, Lucille Kring and Frank
Feldhaus. Agency Member Shirley McCracken was absent.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Community Development, Brent Schultz.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
May 19, 2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
6:23 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2:
Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent Calendar Item 1, seconded by
Redevelopment Agency Member Kring. Motion carried unanimously.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director of Community Development to execute an
Affordable Housing Loan Commitment Agreement, in an amount not to exceed
$500,000, with 935 South Gilbert StreetPartners, L.P. for the California Villas Senior
Housing Project.
Approve and authorize the Executive Director of Community Development to
execute an Affordable Housing Loan Commitment Agreement, in an amount not
to exceed $806,672, with LNR West Lincoln Limited. Inc., for the Solara Court
Senior Housing Project.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Motion carried unanimously.
