RA2000/08/08 ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING II AUGUST 8, 2000 The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session. Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Tom Tait, Shirley McCracken, Frank Feldhaus and Lucille Kring. Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich. A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on August 4, 2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards. Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Linda Lee Grau, Irvine, said she wanted the Redevelopment Agency to be closed down. She said people did not have the use of their property once taken over by the Agency. She said a Fullerton Council Member had put together a resource book regarding redevelopment that she thought everyone should read. CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent Calendar Item 1, seconded by Redevelopment Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously. Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute amendments to Agreements with Parsons Transportation Group, Inc. to extend the contract term to June 30, 2001, for transportation planning services for various Anaheim projects, and Wallace Roberts and Todd to increase the existing contract authority by $75,000 and extend the contract term to June 30, 2001for landscape architectural and urban design services. Approve minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meetings held June 13, 2000, June 20, 2000 and July 11, 2000. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
