A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AMENDED PART I OF SECTION 8 HOUSING
VOUCHER. PROGRAM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT -
_ NO. SF-498 (V) AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION •
THEREOF .
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority ("AHA") desires to '
enter into an amended Annual Contributions Contract ("ACC") with
the United States of America ("Government" ) for the Section 8
Existing Housing Voucher Program; and
WHEREAS, the amended Part I of the Section 8 Existing
Housing Voucher ACC consists of the following counterparts :
(a) Part I of the ACC , HUD-52520D(6/85) applicable to
the Section 8 Housing Voucher Program;
(b) Exhibit I to Part I of the ACC adding Prb'ject
No. CA16-V104-006 ; . .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheim Housing
Authority as follows :
1 . The amended Part I and Exhibit I of the ACC: of the -
Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program are hereby approved -and
accepted. The Chairperson or Acting Chairperson Secretary_ are
hereby authorized and directed to execute the counterparts` of the
ACC on behalf of the AHA, and the Secretary is hereby authorized
to impress the official seal of the .AHA on each such counterpart
and to forward such executed counterparts to the Government
together with such other documents evidencing the approval and
authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the
' Government .
2 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 2nd day of February, 1988.
