AHA-1988-010 RESOLUTION NO. ABA88-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDS UNDER
SECTION 8 OF TITLE II OF THE HOUSING _AND
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974. •
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has adopted a Housing
Assistance Plan, which plan is a part of the City of Anaheim' s
application for Title I Community Development Block Grant under
the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 ; and
WHEREAS, said Housing Assistance Plan reflects , as a three
(3) year goal , one thousand (1 , 000) units of Moderate
Rehabilitation to be funded under Section 8 of Title II of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 ; and
WHEREAS , the Department of Housing and Urban Development
has advertised for application for Moderate Rehabilitation units
for all of Orange County to be funded under Section 8 ; and
WHEREAS, there are one thousand (1 , 000) units of Moderate
Rehabilitation remaining to be funded under Section 8 to achieve
the three ( 3) year goal of the Housing Assistance Plan for the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, there are units available to be funded-.under the.
Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the AnahTiin. Housing--
Authority does. approve the submission of an applicati9h. to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for fundiig , under .
• Section 8 of Title II for one hundred (100) Moderate
Rehabilitati.on. Units .
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 31st day of May, 1988.
