AHA-1988-011 RESOLUTION NO.. AHA88-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING SUPERSEDING PART I AND PART II OF
SECTION 8 HOUSING CERTIFICATE PROGRAM ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT N0. SF-498(E) AND
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF INCLUDING
PROJECT NOS. CA16-E104-001 THRU 019.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires to enter
into a superseding Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract ("ACC")
with the United States of America ("Government") for the Section 8
Certificate Program ; and
WHEREAS , the Section 8 ACC must now be revised so that it
will consist of the following counterparts :
(a) Superseding Part I of the ACC, HUD 52520B (6/85) ,
applicable to the Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program; and
(b) Superseding Part II of the ACC, HUD 525520E ( 6/85) ,
applicable to Section 8 Existing Housing Certificate
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anahem. Ho:using .
Authority as follows :
1 . The superseding Part I and Part II of the-3,'W for the
Housing Certificate Program are hereby appro-ued and_
accepted ;
2 . The Chairman is authorized and directed to execute the
counterparts of the ACC on behalf of the Anaheim Housing
Authority; .
3. The 'Secretary is authorized and directed to impress the
official seal of the Anaheim Housing Authority on each
such counterpart and to forward such executed counterparts
to the Government together with such other documents
evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution
thereof as may be required by the Government ; and
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 28th dao of Jun , 1988.
