AHA-1988-012 RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AMENDED EXHIBIT I TO PART I OF
SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF-498(V)
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Housing Authority desires to enter
into an amended Annual Contributions Contract ("ACC") with the
United States of America ("Government") for the Section 8 Existing
Housing Voucher Program; and
WHEREAS, the amended Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher
ACC consists of the following counterparts :
(a) Part I of the ACC, HUD-52520D (6/85) applicable to the
Section 8 Existing Housing Voucher Program ; and
(b) Exhibit I to Part I of the ACC adding Project
No. CA16-V104-007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Anaheimousing
Authority as follows :
1 . The amended Exhibit I of the ACC for the Section 8
Existing Housing Voucher Program is hereby approved -and
accepted ;
2 . The Chairperson or Acting Chairperson is hereby -authorized
and directed to execute the counterparts of the ACC on
behalf of the Anaheim Housing Authority;
3 . The Secretary is hereby authorized to impress the official
seal of the Anaheim Housing Authority on each such
counterpart and to forward such executedcounterparts to
the Government together with such other documents
evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution
thereof as may be required by the Government ; and
4. This Resolutionshall take effect immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 28th day f .Tune, 988.
