AHA-1988-013 RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BY-LAWS OF THE
ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY CONCERNING REGULAR
MEETING TIMES .
WHEREAS , the Anaheim Housing Authority has heretofore
established days and times for regular meetings of the Authority;
and
WHEREAS , the Authority desires to change the time of
certain of its regular meetings ; and
WHEREAS , Authority members have received seven days '
notice of the nature of this proposed change in the By-Laws .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 501 of the
r' By-Laws of the Anaheim Housing Authority be amended to read as
follows :
"Section 501 . Regular Meetings
Regular meetings shall be held without notice in:the
Council Chambers of the City (or any other place
established by Members of the Anaheim Housing -
Authority)
ousing -Authority) on each and every Tuesday of each mon=th
unless the same shall be a legal holiday, in which
event such regular meeting shall be held on the next_
succeeding business day at the same hour and location
as otherwise specified herein. Regular meetings of
the Authority shall be scheduled to commence at
1 : 25 p.m. except for the regular meetings held on the
first Tuesday of each calendar month which shall be
scheduled to commence at 6 : 28 p .m. "
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the meeting time established
by this resolution shall become effective immediately.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Anaheim Housing Authority this 26th day of July, 1988 .
