AHA-1988-014 RESOLUTION NO. AHA88-14
A RESOLUTION OF ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY•
APPOINTING BOB D. SIMPSON AS EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR OF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Section 301 of the "By-Laws for the Anaheim
Housing Authority" provides that the Authority shall , by
resolution, appoint an Executive Director who is charged with the
administration, management and general supervision of the business
and affairs of the Anaheim Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS , it is desirable to appoint an Executive Director.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Housing
Authority does hereby appoint Bob D. Simpson as Executive Director
of the Anaheim Housing Authority.
